Calispa is a company specialized in the production of canned tomatoes. Founded in 1966 by Attilio Avino, currently is at the 3rd generation: 100% of the shares belong to Di Leo family. Built on an area of ​​36,000 square meters it has a processing capacity of 700,000 tons of tomatoes.

Calispa is part of Di Leo Group. With three manufacturing plants with different specializations the group has a total capacity of 1.2 million tons. Only genuine products, made according to local traditions and passion for the taste of good food. Thanks to its 50 years of experience and to high flexibility, it is able to meet all kinds of needs of modern Organized Distribution through the personalization of recipes, packaging and service. Thanks to selection of raw materials made since the arrival of the fresh tomato in the plant, thanks to modern technology and to carefully selection made by our skilled workers, thanks to the rigid Quality Control System realized by its technicians Calispa can provide high quality and guarantee the necessary food safety to the final consumer.

Calispa is among the leading manufacturers of private label in Italy. Among its customers include all the major groups of Italian and foreign Modern Organized Distribution Chains. The company has a wide and deep range of products. From conventional like whole peeled, chopped or tomato puree, to premiums like datterini, finely chopped tomatoes, datterini peeled, marzanini up to the excellence of San Marzano DOP through a complete range of organic tomatoes. All available in retail and ho.re.ca. size. About markets Calispa exports all over the world. Japan and Korea, Australia and New Zealand, United States and Canada, Germany, UK, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland: 50% of its turnover is exported.
